Store Policies

TCG Products (Cards & Sealed Product)
• All sales are final — no returns or exchanges on sealed TCG product.
• All singles are final sale — no exceptions.
• Manufacturer defects must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

Non-TCG Merchandise (Plushies, Accessories, etc.)
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
• Item must pass inspection — must be clean, unused, with all tags/packaging intact and in like-new condition.
• If the item is unopened and unused, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.
• If the item is opened but still in like-new condition, store credit may be issued.
• Items with damage, odor, pet hair, missing tags, or signs of use are not eligible for return.

All return approvals are at staff discretion. We reserve the right to decline a return.

• We buy singles and sealed product — all items are inspected before any offer.
• Cash payout: up to 70% of resale value
• Store credit payout: up to 80% of resale value
• Store credit may be used immediately or saved for later.
• Trades are only between customer ↔ store, not between customers.

All offers are at staff discretion based on condition, authenticity, demand, and store needs.

• Members are allowed one additional unit beyond normal purchase limits.
• Membership rules may be adjusted during high-demand releases. 

Normal Stock (Non-Release Weeks)
• Limit 2 per item per person per day
• Members may purchase 3 per item per day

Release Day / Release Week Items
• Limit 1 per item per person per day
• Members may purchase 2 per item per day

Purchase limits are enforced at staff discretion.
We may require ID, refuse additional sales, or decline service if abuse is suspected.
